Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager.

What You Will Work On

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Manage project stage gates and governance processes.
• Track delivery progress and ensure alignment with planned milestones.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and readiness activities.
• Coordinate testing phases including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Drive communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and partners.
• Support user adoption, training coordination, and business readiness.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and structured handover.
• Coordinate go-live planning and cross-team cutover activities.
• Support hypercare and post-implementation stabilization.
• Close the project formally including lessons learned and reporting.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing complex IT or business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of structured delivery models, governance, and stage gates.
• Experience coordinating testing cycles such as SIT, UAT, and regression.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel delivery streams.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across business and IT teams.
• Experience leading projects through go-live, cutover, and hypercare phases.
• Structured and organized approach to documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Ability to work independently within established governance frameworks.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments is beneficial.
• Background in financial systems, ERP, or workflow-related projects is a plus.
